Sid Ganju is the President and Founder of Teleprises, Inc. He has held several leadership positions in the telecom and electric power industries, in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, strategy, finance, international business development, product development, project management and marketing. Until 2007, Mr. Ganju worked as Executive Director of Corporate Development at BellSouth Corporation (acquired by AT&T), where he executed over twenty large M&A transactions including playing a key role in the formation of Cingular Wireless JV (Enterprise value - $50 B) between BellSouth and SBC. Sid also worked as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy for KeyOn Communications, an early stage company providing broadband wireless services in rural markets. Mr. Ganju is the former Board member of WCAI, a broadband wireless industry group, and Idea Cellular Ltd, the 4th largest wireless operator in India. He is currently on the advisory board of Yap, Inc., an early stage technology company focused on speech to text conversion. Sid has an MBA from University of Mississippi, Executive Management education from Stanford University, and BSEE from University of Delhi. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (C.F.A.) charter.
